Valdemoro Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes for this wine are usually harvested towards the end of March, at their optimum ripeness. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks. It has a deep ruby-red colour and aromas of ripe red fruit, blackcurrant and strawberry. Itīs sprightly varietal character, medium body and pleasant finish are evident on the palate.

Ideal to serve with grilled red meat, lamb, meat fondue or cheese
